About Alastair

My own path hasn’t been straightforward. I’ve stumbled through disconnection (and leaning on alcohol and drugs), and know the pain of burnout. Along the way I explored spirituality, ecstatic dance, endurance fasting, men’s work, vision quests, breathwork, energy healing, tantra and more. Each step showed me something invaluable, and eventually the pieces began to merge to reveal a liberating path.

When I first experienced MyoReformation, I saw how simply removing restrictions in the body could unlock profound healing - sometimes even avoiding operations or dependence on medication. Later, Somatic Therapy and Energy Healing gave me the tools to integrate what I’d been learning and to support others with more depth.

The Journey Home grew out of this unfolding. It’s the programme I wish I’d had when I was searching - something structured yet flexible, practical yet deeply human. My role here is to walk with you: not as someone who’s “arrived,” but as someone who knows the terrain and can hold the space for your own healing and discovery.
