Embodied Therapy is about coming home to yourself. Instead of analysing or fixing, we create a space where your body can speak, your feelings can be felt, and new possibilities can unfold.
The wisdom is already in you — my role is to help you listen.

How It Works: Notice - Feel - Integrate
Every session is unique, but may include:
Guided attention to sensations in the body
Breath and movement practices to open flow
Space for emotional expression and release
Integration through stillness, reflection, or dialogue
Together we move gently between awareness, expression, and integration - the natural rhythm of transformation.
