How It Works: Notice - Feel - Integrate

Every session is unique, but may include:

  • Guided attention to sensations in the body

  • Breath and movement practices to open flow

  • Space for emotional expression and release

  • Integration through stillness, reflection, or dialogue

Together we move gently between awareness, expression, and integrated wisdom - the natural rhythm of transformation.
