The Lab combines individual somatic work addressing structural and regulatory friction with peer roundtables that reduce relational friction.
Each 1:1 session is designed to address patterns operating beneath awareness - chronic contraction, regulatory rigidity, and the physical substrate of internal drag. Sessions are precise and move at a pace that allows depth to emerge without force.
The roundtables create a space where responsibility is shared, not performed. Being seen by peers who understand the territory recalibrates perception and reduces the cognitive cost of isolation.
