About MyoReformation training

Alastair's MyoReformation training is a practical training closely following the syllabus designed by Myo's founder Jacquie Simpson.

Consciencious students will be left with a grasp - and most importantly embodied experience - of the techniques, intentions and key philosophies that make up the MyoReformation discipline and will be able to achieve the same results that Jacquie or Alastair see.

Alastair weaves in experiences from his trainings in Men's work and with many years experience coaching in a traditional office environment.

Alastair is an exceptional MyO teacher. Al’s practicality, gentle nature and patience was extremely supportive in learning the MyO modality as there is lot involved in mastering the technique. His enthusiasm and dedication to this modality is inspiring and Al is extremely generous with his time and knowledge as well as his commitment to building community of MyO practitioners.

Cape Town cohort 2: Summer 2024

Alastair launched MyoReformation in Cape Town in January 2024 including teaching two students in the first cohort of Myo trainees in Cape Town. He is excited to return to Cape Town to teach MyoReformation level 1 & 2 and continue helping to build the energy around this amazing discipline.
